The team gathered for a traditional summer corporate party before the company’s birthday. Its program included a strategic session. Each department presented the year’s results. Employees shared ideas and projects, discussed the latest trends and directions of the company’s development. In the outdoor half of the event, everyone could test their skills of driving ATVs and crawler scooters.
Company’s clients
ASHBURN International’s clients include acquiring banks, processing centers, PSP companies, and retail chains. It provides a wide range of services: the sale, installation, support of POS terminals, and specialized software. ASHBURN International is also known for developing innovative payment card service solutions.
The company’s name is well known not only to representatives of banks and retailers but also to ordinary customers. Most of us in Lithuania, when paying with payment cards in stores, pharmacies, or post offices, saw the inscription “ASHBURN International” on the POS terminal screen. This means that ASHBURN International is responsible for maintaining the payment terminal network and supporting software for transaction routing and POS terminal network management.
Today, POS terminals are a part of everyday life. Two decades ago, ASHBURN International had to prove to banks that such devices would be in demand. In 2002, the first contract for the supply of terminals and securing transactions was signed with SEB (then Vilniaus Bankas). A year later, ASHBURN International implemented and launched the IKI PREMIJA loyalty program. In cooperation with SEB bank in 2012, the first co-branding card Mylimiausia was issued in Lithuania, which combines loyalty programs of IKI and Senukai store chains, Statoil Lietuva petrol stations, Čili restaurants, and Gintarinė vaistinė pharmacies.
Expansion of geography and POS functionality
The geography of ASHBURN’s international services is constantly growing. The company is a provider of payment services not only in the Baltic States but also in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan.
The functionality of the payment devices also expands. Implementing projects for foreign banks, ASHBURN International specialists improve the software platform for managing POS terminals networks and routing transactions TransLink.iQ. Last year, a cash register function was introduced into the POS terminals of one of the largest Georgian banks. The payment devices provide the possibility of non-cash payment of tips and the implementation of two types of transactions in one terminal: payment and cash withdrawal. POS terminals also have functions for generating QR codes, accumulating loyalty points using an ID card, etc.
The largest ASHBURN International project was implemented for the Common Republican Processing Center of Uzbekistan. More than 250 thousand EFTPOS terminals, owned by 29 Uzbek banks, are connected to the TransLink.iQ platform.
We are proud of our team! Teamwork helps the company to develop and provide quality services not only in Lithuania but also in other countries!
